All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. The available shipping methods and their estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that all delivery information is correct. If there is an error in the delivery address provided, please contact us immediately at info@organicsbloom.com
Organics Bloom cannot be held responsible for orders with incorrect delivery addresses.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.
7. Damages
Cheep Mart is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please raise a return request on our WhatsApp at +93196986234 immediately to initiate a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods for review during the claims process.
8. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
